The command in Matthew 28 is simple. Go. As we go we simply love God and our neighbor. This is an attitude of service that comes from a Christ like love that has been shown to us. When you get involved with a missions opportunity, you get to use your God-given talents to change lives. Now is the time to show the love of Jesus, activate your faith, and get connected to a missions endeavor.
“What do you think? If a man owns a hundred sheep, and one of them wanders away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the hills and go to look for the one that wandered off?” –Matthew 18:12
Celebration Church is called to influence culture, it’s about Kingdom living. At the center of this influence is the desire to see God restore hope. All people matter. All people need Jesus. God in his mercy chooses to use us! He uses our time, talent, and our treasure to restore hope. Every day is an opportunity. Kingdom living requires action. It requires obedience. It’s not just inside the church; it’s outside the four walls of the church. It happens in our homes, our jobs, our extra activities, our community events, and our short –term trips. It’s showing what God is doing in your life to all people all the time.
“For all creation is waiting eagerly for that future day when God will reveal who his children really are.” — Romans 8:19
The Mission of Celebration Church is to equip, empower, and mobilize people to make a kingdom impact outside the walls of Celebration Church. We accomplish this mission by strategic partnerships with ministries and organizations in our community. Creation is waiting! Let’s see hope restored!
Then I heard the voice of the LORD saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” — Isaiah 6:8
We want to see people saved, healed, set free, discipled, equipped, empowered, and serving in the Kingdom. The Celebration vision is to carry this message outside the four walls of our church. Our teams conduct ministry trips throughout the year to serve the needs of missionaries all over the world to help bring about community transformation.

“This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of the Lord’s people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.” — 2 Cor. 9:12
Annually in May we have Kingdom Offering. This offering is dedicated to making a local and international impact through Celebration Missions and involves each of us giving our best gift to reach broken and lost people. One way we can do this is by sacrificing one day’s wage, one week’s wage, or one month’s wage. This offering is the primary means by which we supply resources to strategic assignments within Celebration Missions. The Kingdom Offering goes to support our overseas missionaries, short-term missions, national outreach programs, and local community initiatives here in the city of Raleigh and at Celebration Church!
The Kingdom Offering is:
- A Liberty Offering: We give to proclaim freedom and invest liberally in the Kingdom of God. (Proverbs 11:24-25)
- A Generous Offering: We give above and beyond our tithe. It’s our annual one-time, best offering. (Proverbs 19:17)
- A Team Offering: We give knowing none of us can accomplish individually what all of us can do together. (Ecclesiastes 4:9)
Participating in Kingdom Offering is something we encourage our entire church family to consider. Students, single adults, kids, married couples, business owners, families, we can all do something. Here’s how our church family can get involved:
- PRAY about what the Lord would have you to give.
- PREPARE your offering by saving over the next several weeks.
- PARTICIPATE in May as God does a great work through our church.
